Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Upon receiving your returned items, we will issue a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, the quickest method is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
